Sid L. Mouk,
DC
Sid Mouk, DC is one of the more
recognizable authorities in the Gulf South on matters of Chiropractic
treatment. He is a graduate of LSU and the National College of Chiropractic in
Chicago. Dr. Mouk holds certification in the Basic Sciences from the states of
Iowa & South Dakota, is a Diplomate with the National Board of Chiropractic
Examiners, and is licensed to practice Chiropractic in four states, including
Louisiana. He is the author of more than two hundred articles on effective
modern treatment of spinal problems and has more than 20 years of experience in
treating the spine.
Specializing in
low-force Chiropractic techniques, Dr. Mouk attends ten to
twelve research seminars every year on advanced spinal correction techniques,
making certain that his approach to patient care defines the very best in
Chiropractic.
Acutely aware of the anxiety patients feel when starting a
regimen of healing therapy, Dr. Mouk has found that the softest touch can produce the strongest of
therapeutic benefits. He knows that some patients think they have to go through
higher levels of pain during the initial aspects of treatment. Dr. Mouk's belief is that any pain is
too much and that more pain is unnecessary and is not in the best interest of
the patient.
He
wants new patients to know that they have an ally in him and in the Mouk
Healing Center.
